Rogue Philanthropy, a new culinary organization that leverages Chicago’s food culture to provide funding for charitable organizations, announces a series of underground dinners this October.
Starting off the month will be a Fried Chicken Dinner on October 2, followed by Ramen Night on October 11, and a Vegan Dinner on October 25. Tickets are available at roguephilanthropy.org. These pop-up dinners are being held near Chicago’s Humboldt Park – the exact address and parking info will be emailed the day prior to the event to ticket-holders.
Rogue hosts underground dinners and cocktail parties designed to bring together like-minded people ready to strengthen and expand philanthropy to everyone. Proceeds from the upcoming dinners will benefit The Arts of Life, “people with and without disabilities creating an artistic culture to realize our full potential.” Rogue is staffed by volunteer chefs from some of the most well-regarded restaurants in Chicago (L20, Bin 36, Japonais, Mirai Sushi, Spiaggia, Dryhop Brewers) — the opportunity to enjoy a meal prepared by this superstar team is not to be missed!
Rogue also offers catering, cooking/cocktails classes, and restaurant consulting. For more information contact Dave Gebhardt at info at roguephilanthropy.org or (312) 401-0422.
